What types of payment do you accept? Do you offer credit?

We accept cash, VISA, MC, debit cards, and personal checks. As a courtesy, we are able to offer financing, upon approval. Please contact us for more information about the bank financing we have to offer.

Will I have to wait long for my appointment?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, in order to keep your waiting time to a minimum. If you have a dental emergency, we will do our best to see you as soon as possible, even if we may have to stay late.

What is your appointment policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, to keep your waiting time to a minimum. Unless you have a medical emergency, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This policy allows us to see you sooner when you may have a dental emergency. There is a fee for missed/forgotten appointments.

Do you offer dental services after hours?

If you are a current patient, and have an emergency after hours, please dial our main number, 208.323.2010, and follow the instructions for after hour dental emergencies. Also, we can make arrangements for after hours appointments for special cases or certain needs.

When should I bring my child in for a checkup?

We highly recommend children begin their first dental visits at approximately 12 months of age, before problems may develop. It is important to have a great experience with your dentist, especially for kids!

We offer ”Happy Visits”, where the appointment should be a fun experience for kids and educational for parents, with the goal of keeping your child in good dental health for a lifetime, minimizing unneeded pain and trauma.

Is it possible to keep my teeth and be cavity free for a lifetime?

Yes! We have many patients who may never have a cavity, or develop gum disease. If this is something you would like for your children and family, we are here to help! Feel free to call us for a complimentary consultation.
